2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking

  • All bookings for cleaning services must be made through our website, phone, or email.

  • A booking confirmation will be sent once the booking is completed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

2.2 Payment

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, direct deposit, and other methods specified on our website.

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the service will incur a fee equal to the total service cost.

3.2 Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking at any time, provided you give at least 24 hours notice. Any changes to your booking will be subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and free of personal items or valuables. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items that are not securely stored.

  • Clients must inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or areas of concern prior to the commencement of services.

5. Liability

  • We take reasonable care in providing our services; however, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

  • Our liability for any loss or damage resulting from our services is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning service.

6. Service Guarantee

  • We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue during a follow-up visit at no additional charge.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
